  • ·+ 0.5% Totaum platform fee. That's it. No monthly minimum, no gateway fee, no statement fee, no hidden markup.

Most software in this market has payment processing with an undisclosed markup. Ours is published, because that's how we price everything.

What does Totaum Payments cost?

There is no subscription cost. You pay Stripe's standard processing rates plus a published 0.5% Totaum platform fee — and that's the whole price. No monthly minimum, no gateway fee, no hidden markup.

How do customers pay an invoice?

Every emailed invoice can include a secure pay link. Your customer opens it, sees the invoice summary, and pays by card or ACH bank transfer — no login or account required.

Does Totaum touch my card data?

No. Payments run on Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Totaum's servers.

How does the accounting work?

Automatically. Each payment posts to a payments clearing account and applies to the invoice; when Stripe pays out to your bank, Totaum reconciles the payout — cash, processing fees, and all — to the ledger for you.
