How this is estimated
  • Four-tool stack: QuickBooks Advanced ($340/mo, capped at 25 users — larger teams need additional instances), Katana Core + Manufacturing + Warehouse (~$647/mo, unlimited users), HubSpot Sales Pro ($100/seat, ~¾ of office users, + $1,500 onboarding), Zendesk Suite ($69/seat, ~half of office users). Integration tax is pre-filled ($6,000 + $130/office user) and you can overwrite it with your real number.
  • Integration tax: applied only to the two multi-system setups — the four-tool stack and job-shop ERP + QuickBooks. Business Central and NetSuite are single systems, so they carry none.
  • Time saved: shown separately and never subtracted from any cost figure. It's your estimate, not our claim.
  • Job-shop ERP + QuickBooks: ~$120/user/mo (estimated; vendors in this class don't publish pricing) plus QuickBooks (25-user cap) plus an implementation that scales with team size.
  • Business Central Premium: $110/user/mo + $8/mo Team Member licenses for the floor, plus a partner implementation ($30K–$100K+, partner-quoted).
  • NetSuite: platform base + named users + a manufacturing module, plus a partner implementation ($60K–$145K, partner-estimated).
  • Totaum: office users at the published $110/user/mo Manufacturing rate, Service add-on ($30) for service staff, operators & service techs not billed, and $0 required implementation. Guided Launch is optional (+$2,500).

Planning estimates from 2026 published and partner-reported pricing — not a quote. Integration tax and time saved are your estimates. Business Central and NetSuite are single systems, so no integration tax is applied to them. Your numbers will vary.

Based on 2026 published pricing, vendor documentation, and independent review sources. Software pricing is published where the vendor publishes it; implementation costs and timelines are partner-quoted ranges — vendors in this band do not publish them. Competitors are named because you'll evaluate them anyway — and we think the comparison holds up.
